Shipping
We offer our customers both USPS and UPS shipping options. Our staff ship orders twice a week from our office in Sandy, OR. The estimated shipping time for your order to arrive begins when your order leaves our office.
If you have a need-by date for your order, we suggest selecting a UPS option and not USPS media mail, which can typically take two weeks to arrive. (However, please note UPS expedited shipping delivery times are not guaranteed, except for UPS Next Day Air.)

Return Policy
We prefer that you try to order the exact amount of products you need; however, we do accept returns. Individual products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
Send your returns to: Eternal Perspective Ministries, Attention: Bookkeeper, 39065 Pioneer Blvd., Suite 100, Sandy, OR 97055.
Please include a note or send an email (to info@epm.org) with the reason you are returning the product, as well as your phone number, so that we can contact you if necessary. When we receive your returned item(s) we will process a refund, minus the restocking fee, to your original form of payment. If you paid by check, we will send you a refund check.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
